| When I completed the “Drive of Your Life” game, I discovered that my personal style profile was: practical, creative, and influential. The three careers that match my style are: logger, fire fighter, and barber. From this information I have decided to explore becoming a logger. I selected this job because I enjoy cutting tres and working in the woods. One of my daily activities as a logger would be to drive straight. I also have to cut down the right trees. In addition, I have to drive the right tractors. To work as a logger I need less than a high school diploma. I must be good at repiaring and instructing in order to become a well trained logger. In the United States, the average salary for a logger is $52,550 per year. In the state of Virginia, the average annual salary is $60,997. In the United States by the year 2016 employment for a logger is expected to decrease by 1.3% In the state of Virginia by the year 2016 it is expected to increase by 1.7% I am looking forward to becoming a logger in the future. |
